Meet the Founder

I'm Chelsea, the founder of Sant'Ana. 

One day I woke up and a friend was calling to say “Drive up and see my farm.” He was the son of a fourth generation farmer and had begun growing CBD near me. I was sent home with a basket of buds I promptly infused into oil from a recipe found online. I chose olive oil from the island of Crete because it is the best I have ever tasted. The result was elegant in its simplicity and reminded me of something a Greek grandmother would make.  Adding the oil to meals has become my daily reminder to be present for any human event. From everyday breakfast to the most special of dinners.
